Approach
As the UX lead, responsibilities include guiding the team and product owners in what to design and provide user friendly solutions that are tested and validated with end users in an iterative and agile fashion.

Challenges
The project focuses on the future ways of working for scientists at Roche. What makes it challenging is that many questions cannot yet be answered due to dependencies. Another challenge is to simulate a future lab in current days considering the most realistic context.
