Responsibilities

Setting up UX research processes; build collaborations; explore on previous knowledge among internal stakeholders; standardising research proposals and protocols; budgeting for incentives and participant sampling; set up recruiting processes in-app and through email; keeping track of user participations and user data (e.g., using SurveyMonkey, Airtable, UsabilityHub, Lookback) from analysis to reporting to presenting.

Creating Personas; collecting customer and user insights on a regular basis through recurring surveys and in collaboration with account managers; collecting user insights.

Exploring and designing new features; creating flow charts and wireframes; conducting quick design tests with external panels; conducting face to face and remote interviews as well as gorilla usability testing.

Improving current features; organising design sprints with internal stakeholders and with external parties; surveys and empathy interviews with customers and users.
